Decision Envelope Specification Complete
We've finalized the engineering specification for the Decision Envelope—the immutable, versioned container that binds every assessment (NOVA, Evidence Confidence, Discovery Breadth, Portfolio Intelligence, Systemic Risk) to its full provenance. The specification covers the lifecycle state machine (pending → calculating → partial → complete → superseded → invalidated → failed), the deterministic decision policy with eight dispositions, and strict JSON-Schema-validated component snapshots.
Portfolio-Aware Priority Now Live
Portfolio-adjusted priority scoring is now live. It blends NOVA with portfolio fit, evidentiary strength, and breadth—then subtracts redundancy, source concentration, and correlated-agent uncertainty. Recalculate from the Discovery Intelligence workspace.
Audit Budget Allocation
A finite audit budget now allocates proportionally to per-candidate risk, with correlation clusters dampened by cluster size. The Verification Coverage indicator flags substantive versus vacuous coverage.
Shared Venture Action Controls
High-level venture actions are now wired across the dossier, Capital, Discovery Evidence, and IP overview surfaces—all linked to canonical workflow routes with focused interaction coverage.
Clean Event Queues
Stale MetaForge and Research Executor events for archived proposals are now bulk-cancelled in a single query at worker startup—eliminating 30-second cancellation loops.
Program Documentation
A code-grounded documentation set is now indexed under docs/program/, including product principles, system context, data flows, and an implementation-linked glossary.
All tests pass. TypeScript and lint are clean.
